We were in the meeting room for three and a half hours.

As players, our concentration span is probably about ten minutes. After that, you start losing people. There were players actually falling asleep during the meetings.

If you have that over a long period, it becomes too much. Then the injuries start coming, the staff are under huge pressure, families don't see them, and I think that's one of the reasons Conte rarely stays more than a couple of years at one club."
