@ziibiing Wow. I just googled aphantasia. I did not know this was a thing. I don't see anything when I try to visualize things. I guess I didn't realize that was unusual. I am about to do a lot more googling...
My almost 2 yr old keeps saying, "Person. Door. Upstairs. Go see."
And when I have him show me, he climbs upstairs and points to the door that leads to the attic crawl space.

Maybe it's the pandemic, maybe it's having two kids under 4, maybe its being in my 40's, who knows. but I literally know nothing about oscar nominations this year. Zip. Zilch. Nada. And it doesn't bother me one bit.
@ziibiing When I was a kid, I swam competitively and it happened all the time. Back in the 90s, they said it was because of low potassium and I should eat bananas. Who knows if that's true π€·ββοΈ but I remember it helping
The number of hours we work, compared to the number of hours we are silly with our children, cry laugh with our friends, dance, hug the people we love, be still, listen to live music...it doesn't make sense.
We are not doing this right.
My 3 yr old has never actually seen Paw Patrol, but plays pretend Paw Patrol at daycare. So she talks about them at home all the time. I just assumed the characters were in fact Sky, Sky Cloud, Marshmallow, Bob, Jr., and Pup Pup. π
