@todaymessagee My 2 cents worth. Woman, to love and nurture. Men to love and provide and protect.
Okay so in the last 20-30 years we see many more exhausted because the establishment have realized it they raise living costs where woman need to work to help sustain a family. Greed did this.
@FarmGirlCarrie The teacher possibly mean their sacrifices of babies on the altar of abortion. Although I think this is not real. 1 hour for one page or is that the low standards of education today.
Hi everyone
So my second app is finally done. It's called FairStaff.
Basically it does all the paperwork for a domestic worker, gardener or nanny. Contract, hours, payslips, leave, UIF, COIDA, all of it on your phone. R29 a month for the whole household no matter how many people you employ.
The part I'm actually proud of is that your worker gets her own app for free, and she sees exactly the same hours and pay that you see. So no more arguing at month end about what was worked and what wasn't.

Would really appreciate it if you could send this on to anyone you think might need it, or drop it in your groups.
Most people employing someone at home are getting something wrong and don't even know it.

This is the singing of, "Die Lied van Suid Afrika" that got that moegoe Panyaza Lesufi's panties in a knot.
Share to piss him off even more.

@Devon_Eriksen_@MarkRuffalo@elonmusk Be the got rid of (Zimbabwe) the white people that was feeding them and trying to (South Africa) get rid of the White people feeding them.
With all the money and wealth in Africa being in this extreme poverty is not a systematic problem but a conscious choice.
You didn't ask to be the executor.
But now the will has been read, and it's you.
Nobody hands you a manual. Nobody tells you that you have 14 days to report the estate to the Master of the High Court, or that reporting late is a criminal offence, or what a Liquidation and Distribution account is,
or how SARS treats the estate as two separate taxpayers,
or what to do about the pension fund that isn't actually part of the estate.
I spent years as a funeral director, watching first-time executors walk out of my office holding a death certificate and a look I still recognize.
Grief on top of paperwork on top of not knowing what to ask.
So I wrote The First-Time Executor, every step of winding up a South African estate. I
In plain language,
In one volume.
The Executor's process. Fifteen pre-written notification letters. The complete SARS guide, worked in rands. Pension fund death benefits under Section 37C. Protecting a child's inheritance.
R699 once-off. No account, no subscription. Bought individually the same five guides are R975.
If you're staring at a will with your name on it and don't know where to start, this is where to start.

We're launching Grace Matters, a magazine for SA families going through funerals and end-of-life decisions, and I'm giving free ad space in the first issue to small, independent businesses in this space — no cost, no catch. Only 10 free spots per province, closes end of July. Would love to have you in it if it's a fit — here's the link: https://t.co/uoWLm40z41 — and if you know other independents in this space who might want in, please send it their way too, more than happy to have them.
To the creatives, the builders, the people actually making something:
Here's something I've noticed.
The loudest critics have almost never built a single thing themselves.
Not one. They've never put their name on something and watched strangers tear at it. They've never risked looking stupid, never stayed up at night wondering if it'll work, never had skin in the game at all.
It's easy to throw rocks when you've never stood where the windows are.
That's the whole thing with these trolls. They can't build, so they break. They feed on your anger it makes them feel powerful for a minute. They love watching someone try and stumble, because it tells them they were right to never try at all. Your hurt is the only thing they've got.
So don't give it to them.
Don't argue. Don't explain yourself into the ground. Don't let one bored stranger with a keyboard make you second-guess years of real work. Their opinion of your thing means nothing, they've never made a thing.
Protect your peace.
Keep your head down and keep building.
And whatever you do,
don't let them sit at your table.
