The truth is, how we read writing is subjective at its core. No matter what the author intends, words will always be interpreted in ways that reflect the reader's experiences and biases."

"I think the system is already fair. At any time, we could get a judge that, for some reason or other, doesn't like what we have to say. Our readers will be the same way. If a judge is unfairly harsh, you have a system in place."
