Altogether @porterairlines has failed to meet expectations in customer service - my partner was given little to no explanation for changes, I expect better
@porterairlines Iβm incredibly disappointed in your customer service. My partner did an early check in and was at security the mandatory 30min before the flight. When she reached the gate with 10 minutes to spare, she was refused boarding on that flight and charged
An additional $110 for the changes (and not provided a receipt). During her meeting in Toronto, she received notice that her return flight was cancelled and she would be flying home more than 4 hours later. @porterairlines
