@JetBlue why so many inconsistencies with your service as of late?

- mosaics being acknowledged
- Tates in the first five rows
- Mosaic bags coming off first
- TV / WiFi
Every flight is different. I pay for consistent service.
I’ve been a frequent, like almost every week, flier for the last 8 years. I’ve dealt with the summer storms on the east coast for years. Today was the single worst travel day. @JetBlue YOU MUST DO BETTER. Today, simply put, was a shit show of epic proportions.
@JetBlue why is it that every flight I take on an E190 the headphone jack never works? Without sound the entertainment system is useless. I’ve flown quite a few times in the last few months and it has only worked once.
I just don’t understand how @JetBlue (or any airline for that matter) can’t figure out how to reconfigure seating when there’s a plane swap to a much bigger plane. Either leave everything the same or surprise and delight your best customers with better seats not worse.
@AskPlayStation you are just digging a bigger hole by not explaining why your system has gone crazy. The longer you are silent the worse it’s going to get financially for you. Lawsuits and an influx to @Xbox
@AskPlayStation are you serious with all the permanent account bans? There’s nothing worse than a company who hides during a major outage or bug. You owe thousands of users, including my son, an explanation as to why you, out of the blue and for no reason, banned accounts.
@robertkraft0@NERevolution I’ve been a season ticket holder for six years and this will most likely be my last. While I appreciate you finally spending $$$ on players, you need to put some investment into a soccer only grass stadium. Take a cue from LAFC, DCU, and others.

@JetBlue and after being delayed for hours my cross country flight has very little food for purchase…not sure what’s going on but you need to get your act together. No excuse for a 6 hour flight to not get catering.
@JetBlue why are you running old crappy planes on your longest routes? No power. Old uncomfortable seats. Entertainment systems that don’t work. Making me rethink why I go all in on Mosaic.
