The Venn diagram between people who think you should get fired for using the R word and people who think you should be able to euthanize your child if it has Down syndrome is almost a circle
My liberal, California-raised parents didn’t have a chance to abort my youngest brother because no one knew he had Down syndrome until he came out. The doctor nearly dropped him out of surprise. Guess what they didn’t do? Put him up for adoption, send him to a facility, or resent him. He was raised in a family full of love, even when times were difficult, and we most certainly believe he was gift & treasure to our lives. He also graduated high school and is a 10-year veteran in our town’s miracle baseball league.
I understand liberals are much different and more demonic in 2026 than they were in the 1990’s, but this unabashed declaration to murder babies if they have Down syndrome is a new low.
Go fuck yourself.
I don’t disagree one bit with you. That’s what makes his agent-girlfriend’s comments so silly. He should be happy with the adoration Luba says he gets & play ball, or come off as disingenuous in his gratitude by trying to parlay that alleged adoration into another shot at MLB. It seems pretty clear to everyone but Bauer that the league is resolved in not welcoming him back.
Again, my team is so bad I would happily take the gamble on him based on his resume and not caring about the toxicity he supposedly brings to a clubhouse. TBH I’m a little surprised Arte Moreno hasn’t made him an offer knowing he’s offering to pitch for free 🤷♂️
@ChrisVanVliet I honestly don’t think there’s 5 answers to this question after Hogan, Rock, and Cena. Maaaybe Andre the Giant and Ric Flair. 20 years ago Austin might have been a household name but not anymore.
@mike_bytheocean Man I buckled in for a 7-game series after the first period of G3. But my guys got your guys by the jugular and didn’t let up. Then the D just suffocated y’all last night.
My bracket at work had Knights/Canes at the end so looking good.
