@InPostUK I returned a parcel to shein on 15 sep but it hasn’t moved in the system and @SHEIN_Official don’t usually take this long to refund items? Not sure how to solve this? But I’m waiting for my refund?
@InPostUK Inpost you are a disappointment. I sent my parcel last Monday and it’s still not left the locker I put it in since then even though your advisors said it would be fixed today. I’ve recollected my item because no point it just being sat there. Need to find another postage company
@InPostUK my tracking hasn’t updated for a week now and nobody is replying to my emails. Would you be able to let me know where my parcel is? I appreciate you have been having delays but the lack of communication is really frustrating
@InPostUK Being told ‘be sorted by Wednesday’ to now an updated delivery date of 22nd of October! Won’t use inpost ever again. Doubt Vinted are super impressed!
@InPostUK my parcel has been “out for delivery” for 2 days now and no movement, you said it would be solved by Wednesday but still nothing! When will I get an update?
@MsVespertilio@Adeline64408100@InPostUK Yeah their service really sucks. I contacted them on the 19th and got a reply on the Saturday saying they're going to help me. Asked me to describe the parcel & contents. then no reply since. I tried replying again, but still nothing. Great help.. not!
@Adeline64408100@InPostUK How many days has it been for you? The last tracking uodate for me was the 16th September. Their customer service is shockingly bad.
@InPostUK "Wednesday at the latest"... Was a mistake, you should have been honest with yourself and us by saying you aren't sure, I've had a parcel saying "it's close stay tuned" since the 20th.
