On 2 June, the INSARAG Global Exercise Hosting Framework was signed between Lekhwiya and INSARAG. The arrangement was signed by Amb. Stillhart, INSARAG Global Chair and Staff Brigadier Al Kaabi, Assistant Commander for Administration and Supply.

INSARAG held its annual Steering Group meeting on 10 March 2026 in Geneva with 256 participants in person and online. The group reviewed regional and thematic progress and endorsed important topics, such as the 2026 INSARAG Guidelines, and the INSARAG Strategy for 2026-2030.

The INSARAG Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting was held on 26-27 September 2023 in Christchurch, New Zealand. It was hosted by Fire and Emergency New Zealand, with support from New Zealand Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) and the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
