Delighted to be making a presentation on Transform tiling at 'Southend is Brutal' in Southend on Sunday 6 July. Transform was a 1970 patented method of cladding buildings with prefabricated tile and fibreglass panels... https://t.co/rmTzjtX3gL
Labour are backtracking on a plan to help save birds: by blocking a new rule that would make developers put a £35 nest brick in every new home. They think it'll help win them votes - we need to show it would do the opposite. Sign the petition https://t.co/JbifuCn92l
@C20Society@C20Cymru Congratulations on the Wrexham Waterworld listing.
It's not, or wasn't, the only Wesh hypar roof. Ringland Club in Newport, Haberdashers' Monmouth School for Girls & Llanishen Bowls Club all had hypars in the 1960s

Typesetters, printers & publishers - I'm still very keen to find copies of Viewpoint, the magazine of The Charlesworth Group. Courtesy of the St Bride Foundation Library @stbridefdn I now have a copy of No 11 from 1993. @CWGAuthors@alpsp@printweek@PublishersAssoc
Print, publishing & typsetting types - I really need your help.
In the 1980s/90s The Charlesworth Group had a corporate magazine, 'Viewpoint'. I'm studying the company history and want Viewpoint copies. I have No 5 & No 11. Do you have any more editions or know anyone who might?
I'm working on a company history and keen to hear from any Stationer with copies of 'Viewpoint' the 1980s/90s magazine of the The Charlesworth Group, the Huddersfield based printers and typesetters. Know of anyone who might? @stationerscomms#TheStationersCompany
@FirstWestYorks Thanks Faye. After weeks of confusion in Longwood. Large yellow signs with the 21st are on the route. I have been telling 356 drivers that the 14th was wrong to no affect.
So @KirkleesCouncil, when did you inform @FirstWestYorks of the 21st start? FYI @TeamPennine@AndrewCGM
Hey @FirstWestYorks, Please do tell why you are planning to terminate the 356 Longwood service at Paddock from 14th to 27th Oct. @KirkleesCouncil is closing the road from only 21st to 27th Oct. NB @MetroTravelNews@TeamPennine. See leaflet images.
@MetroTravelNews Today the staff at Hudds bus station Metro office were perplexed when I shared the contradiction. The staff asked me to call @FirstWestYorks on 0345 6460707; unstaffed at weekends. It looks as if @FirstWestYorks will deny Longwood a service from 0745 Monday. And @teampennine? 2/2
@MetroTravelNews Yes the works are due to start on 21st. That should mean that the service will terminate at Paddock and return to Huddersfield.
@FirstWestYorks's leaflet that informs drivers & is available from the Hudds bus station Metro office says that the service change starts on 14th 1/2
@FirstWestYorks Please explain why the 356 service to Longwood is to be terminated at Paddock from 14th to 27th Oct when the Kirklees Council's road closure is from 21st to 27th Oct. See attached imges of @FirstWestYorks & @KirkleesCouncil leaflets.
Do join me at 1030 on Saturday for a tour of Huddersfield town centre looking at the creative use of iron, steel and bronze for art, shelter, and security that have survived demolition and wartime salvage. Details https://t.co/sSc8CJUXUd bookings https://t.co/vCs5dpqsGG
