TVER, Ukrainian UAVs attack the Migalovo airfield.

There is increased air defense activity in the city.
The straight line distance from the extreme point of Ukraine to Tver is approximately 527 km, to Moscow – 480 km.

The Migalovo airfield is included in the State Register of airfields and heliports of civil aviation of the Russian Federation.

An aviation squadron of An-22 aircraft is based in Migalovo, the only structural unit in the Russian Federation operating aircraft of this type.

The airfield is actively used, almost all planes and helicopters land over the center of Tver.

There is also a civil aviation landing site called Zmeyovo near Tver.
