From Valuation point of view:
Bear case:
$50–70 18A works technically but Foundry fails to attract enough customers.
Base case:
$90–130 Products recover, 18A works, Foundry grows but remains much smaller than TSMC.
Bull case:
$150–200 18A + 14A succeed, major external customers arrive, margins recover, and Intel becomes a credible second advanced foundry.
Extreme bull:
$200+ Intel becomes a genuinely important alternative to TSMC while simultaneously regaining significant CPU/server share.
$WMT crash today:
Between May 22 and June 16 the Walton Family Holdings Trust sold roughly 8.6 million Walmart shares worth more than $1 billion at $113–$122.
The Trust still held about 502 million shares afterward, so the sales represent only a small portion and could reflect diversification or estate planning.
On August 20 Walmart shares plunged roughly 9% after U.S. comparable sales rose just 2.6%, the weakest growth in six years and below expectations.
Stronger revenue, e-commerce, advertising and a raised outlook were overshadowed by the slowdown and a premium valuation that left little room for weaker growth.
The concentrated $1 billion sale at high prices followed by the consumer-driven warning makes the sequence notable, though it does not prove the sellers predicted the results.
