Pakistan-based “The Resistance Front” (TRF), a proxy of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) carried out the Pahalgam terror attack, murdering 26 civilians after selectively targeting innocent tourists for their faith. The US has already designated TRF as a Foreign Terrorist Organisation and Specially Designated Global Terrorist.

Shubh Ādi Śankarācārya Jayanti

Ādi Śankarācārya Jayanti is observed on Panchami Tithi during Shukla Paksha of Vaiśākha (April - May) month. He was born in Kalady, Kerala in 788 C.E.

Ādi Śankarā exhibited remarkable intellect from an early age, demonstrating fluency in speaking and writing Sanskrit by the age of two. By four, he could recite all the Vedas, and by twelve, he embraced the path of renunciation, leaving his home. Despite his youth, he attracted followers and embarked on a journey across the country to revive spiritual knowledge.

Ādi Śankarā received guidance from Gowdapada, under whose mentorship he undertook his remarkable endeavors. He also established the Badrinath temple as part of his legacy.

In his relatively short lifespan, Ādi Śankarā traversed the entirety of the nation. What distinguishes him is not just his intellectual clarity but also the fervour and vigour with which he disseminated his teachings throughout the land. What's particularly significant in today's context is that his knowledge and wisdom didn't stem from mere faith or belief but from profound realization.

Hindu Genocide Murshidabad: Hindu homes selectively marked with ‘black ink’, later bombed and set on fire

In April 2025 in Murshidabad, West Bengal, a chilling pattern of anti-Hindu violence emerged, described by many as part of an ongoing campaign of Hindu cleansing.
A report by NMF News revealed that Hindu homes were marked with black ink in advance before being targeted with petrol bombs and set ablaze by Islamist mobs.
These attacks were not spontaneous but well-orchestrated, with Hindu homes, shops, and even water sources being singled out. Several families were forced to flee, seeking refuge in safer areas.
The local administration has been accused of inaction, while mainstream media and some political leaders have allegedly downplayed the violence or blamed the victims. The attacks followed protests against the Waqf (Amendment) Act, but escalated into targeted communal assaults.

How can this happen in India, the world’s largest democracy?

Where are the human right organisations that always defend “minorities”?

April 22nd marks one year since the tragic terror attack in Pahalgam that stole innocent lives and shattered families.

We stand in solemn remembrance of those who were taken from us far too soon. Their smiles, their dreams, and their futures were cruelly cut short by hatred and violence.

In the face of such senseless brutality, we choose not to let grief turn into despair, but into determination.

Determination to stand united against terrorism in all its forms. Determination to honour the memory of the victims by promoting peace, humanity, and solidarity across communities.

The FIRST life-sized statue of Swami Vivekananda has been unveiled in the United States, standing tall and proud in Seattle’s iconic Westlake Square, a bustling downtown heart visited by nearly 400,000 people every single day!

This magnificent bronze masterpiece, sculpted by renowned Indian artist Naresh Kumar Kumawat, was gifted by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) to the City of Seattle.

It was jointly unveiled by Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson and India’s Consul General Prakash Gupta in a powerful celebration of India-US cultural ties.

USCIRF’s credibility is severely undermined if it claims to defend religious freedom while its vice chair, Dr. Asif Mahmood, is accused of anti-Hindu and anti-Sikh hate. Such conduct appears inconsistent with the principles the commission is expected to uphold and raises serious concerns about bias and hypocrisy.

It is difficult to trust USCIRF when its senior leadership is alleged to have displayed such appalling bigotry.

Congratulations to British Hindu Bodhana Sivanandan for rising to No. 1 in British women’s chess at only 11.

Bodhana Sivanandan, aged 11, has become Great Britain’s No. 1 women’s chess player, overtaking four-time British Women’s Champion Lan Yao, and she has also entered the world’s top 100 women for the first time.

Her FIDE rating is 2366, and her rise has been driven by strong results in France, Austria, and the 4NCL league. She is Indian-origin, based in North London, and began playing during the COVID lockdown after finding a chessboard her father was about to throw away.
