@GymFiesta Jeez. Dont copy everything you see. Having the weight just distributed on one side of your shoulders/spine is not really ideal.. especially with heigh weights.
There is a reason nobody does it that way. If u dont feel ur glutes, there are better and safer ways to trigger them.
