How do you balance what you need for today and what you need for the future? I understand and appreciate tomorrow is super important, however, I need to live and deliver in the present.

Make or buy, always a difficult question. There will always be differing opinions and experiences. Do we build the capability for something we believe is important to us or outsource only to lose the time where we know we could developed the capability? Skeptic?

Self reflection is key to your success, how much of time do you spend doing that? I am guilty of focusing on the now when it come to me, but the future when it comes to my work(career). That needs to change.
