@Jeffrey62093861 As far as the investment in public infrastructure for Universal's theme park is concerned, I actually support it because it's a great way to boost the economy and the investment will, very likely, pay itself back rather quickly
@Jeffrey62093861 There's no valid reason why the Welsh Government can't have the power to invest in Wales' rail infrastructure and your opposition to us having that investment is utterly shameful
@PlaidExposed If we had a functioning justice system, we'd have less people committing crimes in the first place and, more importantly, less repeat offenders
Justice and policing aren't currently devolved anyway, so no they won't "jail fewer black criminals"
@PlaidExposed@ChazzerEvans I'd be interested to know what your definition of "good" is
Chaz is a worse liar than you are, and that's certainly no easy feat to achieve
@RhydianLFrancis Prince William, himself, has said he doesn't plan to hold an investiture, so there's really no appetite to have one in my view
The Prince of Wales title doesn't really need to exist anymore anyway
@AndrewRTDavies That's not what the response says though, is it?
"The Welsh Government provides funding to develop and improve the resilience of the legal sector in Wales" - it doesn't solely apply to fund legal advice for Asylum Seekers
@20NPHartleyHare I know they've voted against the M4 Relief Road plan, but the plan that was put forward was the Black Route
More recently (whether it's a change of heart, I'm not sure), they've said the Blue Route was their preferred option and might be what they move forward with
@PlaidExposed They haven't backtracked on anything and haven't flip-flopped on their promises to fix the NHS
If you were any good at lying, you'd at least try to make your lies believable, but all you do is make things up when there's clear evidence to the opposite of what you've said
@ChazzerEvans It hasn't magically become 4 years though, has it Chaz
"Within a matter of months" means they will have completed the pledge "by the end of the term"
You can't let them have time to do stuff, can you? They've had 3 weeks so far
@ChazzerEvans Because it is a reserved matter, but Rhun said during the campaign and has maintained that he supports nuclear development where there already is nuclear (Wylfa and Trawsfynydd)
Ultimately it's the UK Government that makes the investment decision
@SeneddWaste Also, the end bit wasn't a rant, it's part of the exact same law the Supreme Court ruled on in the FWS case, and the Supreme Court judgement also made it clear that people undergoing Gender Reassignment are protected from direct and indirect discrimination by law
@SeneddWaste Here was her full answer to Laura Anne Jones' question, not just the cherry picked statement you made about the government's commitment to inclusion
@Bob_in_Wales@ChazzerEvans@Plaid_Cymru@reformparty_uk He hasn't gone on a relentless tirade about a mythical £22bn Black Hole like Labour did in 2024, so I'd say we're off to a better start than that already 😜
Meanwhile, Reform's moaned about flags, hand dryers and bins so far, which doesn't prove them to be very mature at present
@NationCymru Everyone involved in this inquiry needs to state unequivocally that policing needs to be devolved in Wales. If local councils and mayors in England can be given these powers, then the Senedd can too
Labour can't hold onto their pathetic excuses not to devolve policing forever
