Mixing And Unmixing:

🌀Food coloring in #glycerine or #corn syrup is mixed by turning a drum, then unmixed by reversing

🌀Seems to defy thermodynamics, appears entropy has decreased

🌀The reversible mixing is possible by insuring the mixing/unmixing is done without #turbulence
