When will Anthony Davis play again after his MCL sprain? It depends in the grade of the injury. Grade 2 can return to play in 2-4 weeks. A grade 3 is 4-8 weeks. It seems like a grade 3 based on early reports that he will be re-evaluated at 4 weeks
