We just launched The Integrity Generation.
A community for people building their lives with ethics and integrity in mind. Where you can network, unlearn toxic patterns, relearn real success, and get practical insights for facing unethical situations.
Over the coming days, we will be sharing practical tips, educational content, and real strategies. This is for everyone who's tired of choosing between their career and their conscience.

You can be the voice of change in a broken system.
One of the worst things you can do is misuse an opportunity when you are in a position to influence change.
There is always someone willing to work for the good of everyone. Find them. Work with them. Build with them.
Integrity does not thrive in silence. Be vocal about your stance, attract the right people, and work together to create the kind of lasting impact that moves society forward.
We have a habit in Nigeria of waiting until something is completely broken before we decide to fix it.
And right now, some norms are breaking right in front of us, and nobody is batting an eyelid.
This one is about clout chasing and Creators fabricating stories and writing misleading captions just to farm engagement money.
We made a full video on this and five other norms we can no longer afford to ignore. Watch it here: https://t.co/lGsLyjyB4J
What are the norms you've observed that shock you? Tell us in the comments 👇

Using clickbait and false narratives to farm engagement is slowly becoming a norm, and we want to direct your attention to the rot it is breeding.
It's all fun and games until it isn't. You put out your post and call it a day. Someone else looks at the numbers you're generating, shrugs their shoulders, and replicates your format and just like that, misinformation spreads on a large scale.
Tell me, what happens when news and propaganda mix and we can't tell one from the other anymore? The answer is rumour mongering. Because many don't even watch the video before heading straight to the comments to leave their thoughts. That is you helping to ruin someone's reputation without even knowing it.
This is a brand of engagement farming we need to speak against.

What can you live with?
A society you complain about without ever lifting a finger to change it?
Or one where you choose to play your part in moving the nation forward?
One is a lazy approach, which wouldn't get us or you anywhere. You will simply be part of the rot. The other is a means you can achieve with small, intentional choices in your daily life.
- Take a stance.
- Pick up a challenge.
- Call for collective action.
- Find people you can work with.
Do what you can to move the needle forward.
Integrity requires consistency.
Change requires consistency.
So once again we ask, what can you live with?
You can be the voice of change in a broken system.
One of the worst things you can do is misuse an opportunity when you are in a position to influence change.
There is always someone willing to work for the good of everyone. Find them. Work with them. Build with them.

Our podcast last week addressed this question: "Why do so many of us keep waiting for someone to come and fix things?" Watch Here: https://t.co/TIuIhyoAee
Today, we want to shine the light on Nigerians who saw something wrong and did something about it quietly, without anyone applauding them.
Film a 2-minute video. Tell us what you noticed and what you did about it. Post it on your timeline, tag us, and use #IntegrityGenerationChallenge.
We want your story to inspire someone else to fix something in their own corner.
Question for the timeline — why do we wait for things to get bad before we do something about them?
The warning signs are usually there long before the damage is done.
So why do we wait?
Share your thoughts on this with us.
