Hello Twitter. Ive been away for a while. The last few weeks have been, to a point, stress free.
#Havpenwillwrite hasn't faired that well. His illness hit him hard. And then there was the continuous banging on his old house door. He became the "Hunted"! More of that later...

Philip Marshall committed serious fraud. He obtained money from by deception. He even had the nerve [the bare faced cheek] to bill me £6.500 for turning up at the hearing just to tell me he's not going in.
I can prove that!

T.J.Lewis planned everything. Lewis didn't care at all for Martin Probert. T.J.Lewis was illegally helping Probert because of the #barristerJUDGE employed by Probert's junior partner to the case - Philip Derek Marshall was also from Swansea. The very same tiny city as T.J.Lewis.

...So T.J.Lewis directed Martin Probert to lie. T.J.Lewis knew Probert would lie! He banked on it. It wasn't a gamble for Lewis when he leaned forward and asked the question. Probert wouldn't suddenly say...uh..."Yes",...uh...I did actually! Lewis would have egg on his face.

...from Probert's firm. So why did T.J.Lewis guide Martin Probert to lie from the bench?
I think I know the reason.
T.J.Lewis had a copy of the court's file in front of him. He couldn't very well say, the court didn't have a copy. T.J.Lewis would be caught out by court officials

T.J.Lewis at that very moment knew Probert was lying!!
Probert had already committed four counts of perjury in the previous hearing. But, J.B.O'Parsons sealed everything that took place in his hearing. Now Probert had lied, because the court had a copy of a signed receipt....

I had to attend five [5] court hearings with #IntegrousWales to try and stop Martin Probert's firm obtaining money by "fraudulent" means. If she hadn't had a signed document to "set aside Judgement" she wouldn't have made it to a second hearing. Also....

I could have belted him. I should have belted him. I'd feel better today.
.....If anyone disbelieves me after I posted so many pictures of that signed receipt on twitter, let me say this....

...and the reason! Nothing spoken at that time, or was said then and there that caused the "crooked" [bent, corrupt] judge to ask such a question.
....It was a "contrived" question! I had a signed receipt from Martin Probert's firm and it was in my possession at that time....

T.J.Lewis [DISTRICTJUDGE] leant forward in his command chair. He smiled at Martin Probert [crooked lawyer] and said,...
....."You didn't receive a set aside judgement document from #IntegrousWales did you?"
Martin Probert looked as stunned as I did...
