This is Dr. Robert Lustig.

His viral lecture “Sugar: The Bitter Truth” was banned from many schools and hospitals.

Why? Because it exposed how Coca-Cola, Pepsi & cereal giants damages your metabolism. Purposely.

Here’s what he revealed and why it still matters today:

In 2009, Dr. Lustig dropped a metabolic bomb:

Fructose is poison.

Not metaphorically, but biochemically.

He laid out something most nutritionists never say publicly:

“A calorie is not a calorie.”

Because when it comes to sugar, especially high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS), your body treats it nothing like other carbs.

While glucose is metabolised by every cell in the body...

Fructose is metabolised only by the liver.

Just like alcohol.

Which means sugar doesn’t just make you fat.
