@thameswater I had a water meter installed on the 22/04/2022 but it has still not been connected to my account. Your customer services team only tell me that I will get an update however no explanation as to why it has not been activated. Please advise. @Ofwat
@NatWest_Help my card was trapped in the NatWest cash machine on Balham High road this morning when I used it. There was a small piece of black tape and a small bit of metal holding it in. I have freed it now but please be aware that this is happening!!
