1/3 The delays experienced at Dover are unprecedented. We have been operating for 40 years and have never witnessed a situation remotely similar. The consequence of the long delays is the effect on drivers hours. There is a continental shortage of qualified coach drivers and so
2/3 it is virtually impossible to find spare and available drivers at such short notice. We are working around the clock to make suitable arrangements which includes finding temporary accommodation, where required. We are in regular communication with coach operators and school
4/4 Party leaders - please ensure you retain all receipts of any incidental purchases made on behalf of your groups as you should be able to claim this back from your insurer.

Great week in Pila with the @Coundon_Court students and staff! Kids were brilliant all week and thanks to @weareinterski who were great as usual!! Highly recommend them if you are looking to run a school ski trip! ☺️☺️
