Pretty incredible value-add for contractors to be able to create and share images like these to communicate site progress, conditions, etc to stakeholders.
@GrantCardone First, $2.2m goes into a fund to be distributed to local churches.
$3.8m set aside to start a business
The balance goes to a wealth advisor, and my wife can be a stay at home mom :)
@SarahisCensored I seem to have a unique take:
Yes, candy corn is disgusting, but so are the taquitoes at Speedway gas stations, yet once a year I find myself eating those too. Something very nostalgic about it.
@realDailyWire@MattWalshBlog See, I could imagine how it might be hard for some people, but it's been pretty awesome for me. My wife is the single greatest earthly source of joy in my life, and there's not a close second.
@allie__voss@GatekeepersNo 100%, reformed man, married for 6 years. I am a Presbyterian, my wife is from a Pentecostal background, but we still get along famously. My heart would explode if I had any more love for her.
You may or may not like AI, but if you're in a leadership role, it's incumbent on you to understand how to use it - just as much as anyone without a computer went out of business by 2005. @geoffwoods wrote the manual for it, it even works in construction!
Interesting dichotomy:
I am a certificated (FAA's word, not mine) drone pilot. I use a DJI Mini 4 pro to provide jobsite progress updates, record as-built data, and produce update videos.
But I'm a little bit for the DJI ban - especially since it won't disable anyone's drone.
I've been working in commercial construction since Trump's first term. Of note: in his first term, people were quiet about their politics. Same during Biden. In the first part of Trump 2.0, people started to share their views. But since Charlie Kirk was shot, people are bold!
Interesting dynamic to observe:
Systems-based VP vs Linear thinker.
In an interesting twist, Linear Thinker tries to explain the OODA loop to the Systems-based VP.
@MickamiousG@elonmusk Oh please... Elon is highly intelligent and rational, likes to cut against the popular grain, and struggles with some social cues.
He's clearly meant to be Presbyterian.
(All in good fun btw)
