We have had a great experience with the XL. We use Prusa slicer. Lots of PCTG (at 260C nozzle and 90C bed) and adhesion is insane. We only had once a filament stuck error (this is happening with any printer) and a usb read error (it sucked). On the flip side it did save a 24hour print after a power failure and continued (with prompts) and saved the day.

We absolutely love it and will get more. Maybe yours is a "lemon"?
