But surely LW counts the new Hartfield Walk as a right location too now it’s a mini destination, not just a walkway? Unclear why it has been reduced somewhere LW encourages people to visit & disseminates env messages?

Bit confused why bike racks in HW reduced due to past lack of use tho. Many new cyclists since Covid (I’m one) & as infra improves & climate concerns grow, this will rise. We must provide for the behaviour we want to see.
