@DreamSailor2 If your looking for legal advice pls get in touch. We havenโt been that active recently on any forum as we are concentrating on the victims who have reached out.
@SIPPSSAS_Expert Carey obviously is of great interest and definitely with regard to how business originated but we also feel there are additional highly disturbing aspects around TRG investments that we havenโt seen around other investment losses including Carey.
@ FCA If the FCA want more whistleblowers we would suggest (aside from the monetary aspect which we can understand is relevant in some instances) that listening to what they are told and acting upon it would be an immediate start.

@FCA HMRC pensions. We were contacted by a journalist who is working on this but are concerned this will turn into a story as opposed to being of any benefit regarding your welfare. As these pensions are of high value we suggest you seek proper very experienced regulated advice.
@FCA @stevewebb1 We are aware of some very high value pensions going into TRG from HMRC employees in to SASS via Bespoke. We also know that a whistleblower discussed with the FCA approx 2017. This was ignored. If you are affected pls contact the FCA ASAP and insist they listen.
@TheResortGroup We find it concerning that when people are asking for clarification on the legal status of their investment they are being told that dept is on furlough but the dept asking for money from investors are not! ?????
@TheResortGroup@FCA We would like TRG to clarify why they are asking fractional investors for money to be paid to Beach Resorts in Gibraltar? Direct. We would also like TRG to clarify why Rowanmoor and London & Colonial clients are not being asked for money but others are??
If you are being asked for fees and your not on the FB group and would like to discuss pls email [email protected]
Please just leave your name and number and we will arrange a call back ๐๐ป
The FB group discussions are allowing good engagement between investors. Whilst twitter is good for many reasons, our FB group is a good way for investors to share experiences & ask questions they donโt like to ask on Twitter. Unlike other groups TRG investors FB isnโt censored.
@ElaineJ07270213 It is a good question but there are some distinct differences with LCF and TRG. However we do feel that the FCA and others have not understood many issues around TRG & there are still very serious questions that require answers.
@flemcra We feel it has been a serious situation for a long time. It is difficult to read these articles but we are glad that issues are now coming out in public so investors are able to be informed aside from TRGโs description of the situation.
New facts add to the situation of The Resort Group. Whilst this is no surprise to us, and we welcome the more recent understanding of the issues by others, we know this will worry many investors.
