300 miles traveled… two school leaders met… three online meetings and a chocolate doughnut and a #DoctorWho @bigfinish audiobook listened to ‘The Two Masters’ … I am a proud nerd

Day 69 - Addiction

I don’t drink - never found anything I liked
I don’t smoke - yuck
I don’t do drugs

However we can be addicted to so many other things as No.1 son told me

The past…many of us still live there…he pulls me forward…one day at a time ❤️

7 years ago I closed the door on my work place bully. I started a brand new job… which I love

I support school principals…I listen

My bully ? She is still in post

💜 NHS needs to be doing better too many waiting lists! WE need help now. No quick fix like CBT EMDR complex trauma doesn’t work with these! Too traumatised for trauma therapy what a joke? What’s next? Millions £ ploughed into mental health but survivors not seeing it? 💜

@sarfrazmanzoor My daughter left her phone on a bus in London… an iPhone 15… I think… we phoned it the next morning in hope and a driver had plugged it in and answered…diverted his bus to meet us. We were literally flying back to Northern Ireland that day. There are good people out there ❤️
