@sola_chad Gen 6:5. Not a universal statement of every single person for all time, but the general state of humans at the time before the Flood. Can't be universal even in its day because Gen 6:9, "noah was righteous" & God recognises his righteousness in 7:1. So Beardo is interpreting.

Do you think God literally dwelt amongst men? As in left heaven and walked amongst "us".

I see it as, everything that the law and prophets ( and even the apostles), saw of God is within a confined area. His wisdom, authority and power. For God dwells in heaven.
