@airbnb Day 11. Airbnb did not honour their agreement. We stayed at the accomm based on the agreement. Airbnb took money out of my account without authorisation. I would like the agreement honoured, & not to explain myself again to another consultant. Please investigate & review.

@airbnb We had an ongoing issue with our host and Airbnb for 8 days which we thought was resolved. Airbnb has been taken money from my account which does not match the agreement. Another 2 days of dealing with this issue. Please follow this up. Thanks

@Airbnb we've had a broken amenity for 8 nights now, and not one consultant has been able to resolve the issue. Our case has been closed without resolution. We are being given contradictory and unclear messages about our options. Can a supervisor please help?
