President Alvi has approved the Maternity and Paternity Leave Bill, 2023. Female employees working in federal govt institutions are now able to take maternity leave with full pay 3 times in service. 180 days leave for the 1st time, 120 days for 2nd and 90 days for 3rd time. 1/2
