Any difference in tax will be the Employer's National Insurance - that was avoided by the BBC!

Almost 5yrs down the line since Stephen Lloyd tabled EDM 1239 to request the #LoanCharge applied only to loans after 2017 when legislation received Royal Assent. 155 Parliamentarians signed the EDM. Since 2017, despite 10 suicides nothing has changed. A stain on HMRC & its CEO.
