Tomorrow is World Oral Health Day, and we responded with impact.
We conducted an outreach at EP Kibagabaga, reaching children at a early stage of habit formation. By focusing on prevention and oral health education, we can reduce risks and address dental caries risk early.
🚨Don’t miss out🚨
Join us on Radio Huye tomorrow, March 12th at 12:30 PM for a talk: "BENEFITS OF TRAINING ORAL HYGIENE TO CHILDREN EARLY."
Tune in to learn how to prevent future dental diseases and why starting early is the best strategy.

A pea-sized amount (or a smear for little kids) of fluoride toothpaste is ALL you need.
Excess just = more foam, no extra cleaning power, and higher risk of swallowing too much fluoride. Brush gently for 2 min twice a day.
Technique > quantity every time.
Apparently, most people under-brush, but evidence shows 2 full minutes twice daily removes significantly more plaque than 1 minute. Set a timer—your teeth will thank you!
Ibaze uri kwimuka... ushaka kujyana n'iyo toothbrush yawe imaze years🤌 uziko harimo bacteria nka cent?!
Changing cities, countries, or just traveling? Let that be your big reminder: dump that 3+ months old toothbrush.
Who's packing an ancient toothbrush right now?😂
Brushing harder = cleaner teeth❌
This is one of the most widespread myths.
Scrubbing aggressively does not remove more plaque, it often wears down tooth enamel, causes gum recession, tooth sensitivity, and even makes teeth appear more yellow over time as dentin shows through.
