This afternoon, we were privileged enough to join the remembrance service at Askam Cenotaph. The children showed great respect throughout and were able to share their artwork, wreath and poems that they have been working on in school.

Yesterday, were extremely lucky to receive a visit from @Airozuru ! Abigail spoke to children about her life of an athlete before some fitness circuits! Thank you very much for visiting us! 🏃🏽♀️
Today, Year 5 enjoyed a fun filled taster day at @stbschool! The children enjoyed lessons in Science, Maths & Computing! The children behaved impeccably and were a credit to ISP!!
This morning our Year 6 children visited @BarrowFire to take part in the Junior Citizen Scheme. The children learnt so much, things that will stay with them for the rest of their lives! A huge thank you to all volunteers and staff involved in the event it was fantastic as always!
Today we had a visit from the @NSPCC who delivered workshops about staying safe. In support of the NSPCC, the children and staff paid £1 and came to school dressed in green. One pupil used her initiative for more fundraising by selling her handmade loom band bracelets at break!
Yesterday some of Shark Class attended @DowdalesSchool to take part in a workshop based around Frankenstein. We had lots of fun and it started off our World Book Day plans fantastically. Thank you for inviting us to join in :)
