@NestlerQODay @michellebr00ks Our patient from yesterday had a R to L shunt on TTE, this morning we checked for Platypnea-Orthodeoxia syndrome, with findings not c/w ASD. CMRI showed she actually had R SVC draining directly into Left Atrium! #Team2 with @marinanaz and @Dr_PurpleHair
