In remembrance of Pope Francis’s Visit to South Sudan on 3rd February 2023, I share with you a story of a faithful boy from a poor neighbourhood of Juba who stretched his hand in struggle to give Pope Francis 1ssp as a sign of love and gratitude to the advocate of peace for choosing to visit his war torn country.

There is no doubt that Pope Francis indeed loved South Sudan and did everything necessary to bring peace to the nation despite being led down by the ghoulish leaders. From hosting the leaders, kissing their feet and visiting the nation. He shall always be remembered by the suffering people of South Sudan. Rest in eternal peace Man of God #SSOX
