@CarefreeLewisG caalm he was one of our best players and he performed constantly good he wanted to leave bc the people in charge haven't held their promises the club still doesn't compete and is a complete mess you have to understand his situation as well
@ConnCFC we have to stop being nostalgic towards those players he made a lot of mistakes and was a liability this season we need to step up in these key positions thank him for his services and sell him asap
@DejanFerhatovic@BiHFootball I agree I'd just want to see a system being played I wouldn't even say unforeseen sucess they have the quality and play in serious teams and leagues they just don't show it in the wc right now.
@DejanFerhatovic@BiHFootball participating isn't a goal playing decent football is. the latter enables the former which should be the target. We definetly have the players now they are talented, young and good I'm missing a style of play bc defending for 90 min and relying on set pieces won't get us far.
@TheBosnian11 I'm afraid that the players won't change much in regard of the play they'll probably create a bit more chances but the issue is still the style of play which I still can't see. It seems that we try to defend 89 mins and try to get a counterattack or score from a set piece
@Bridgways no way he had enough chances and he was miserable + he wasn't much better for bayern as well so definitely a no from me. we have to acquire at least one serious striker
@TheBosnian11 if that's true, it would only show that barbarez is not ready to coach a serious football team even though it was already clear tactically disastrous, bad subs, questionable people who play regularly instead of others..
@riadbobar draw against a weak canada side.. might as well go home then this football from barbarez is dreadful to watch but he probably can't play otherwise as he's not got the players
@Chels_HQ he actually wasn't doing great in Strasbourg, he was 7th if I remember correctly in a league where you realistically have 2 competitors for the title and maybe another 2 good teams and thats about it. the fact that he wasn't even close to them says a lot about his coaching.
@CarefreeLewisG Everyone knew that Rosenior is trash absolutely everyone but to imply that Maresca was good is simply not true, he also played partially bad and his subs were horrendous at times. But ofc he was better than Rosenior is now doesnt mean I would have wanted him to stay though.
@ImShiza_ sadly that's typicall for bosnia... engaging in gossiping and talking badly in public about others, as long as there is no evidence this shouldn't be debated it just shows the inmaturity from the people in power. same with ahmedhodzic, and others
