Thousands of Military Veterans who served our nation had their financial assets stolen without any accountability from Gary Gensler’s SEC or FINRA. To demand full transparency and immediate answers regarding the MMTLP regulatory financial scandal, President Trump, please, sign the letter delivered to White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles and Others in Your Administration 👊🏼🇺🇸 @POTUS

The largest corruption scandal in US history is now on the desk of @POTUS. The MMTLP community has spent over 3½ years with no answers or resolution, leaving the oil company Nextbridge Hydrocarbons hanging in the balance due to blatant corruption and fraud by federal regulators. The time is now for answers.

🚨NEXT BRIDGE HYDROCARBONS RELEASES PR ADDRESSING MULTIPLE FAILED REQUESTS TO MEET WITH SEC CHAIR AND COMMISSIONERS IN AN EFFORT TO RESOLVE NBH'S IMBALANCED LEDGER. NBH PUBLISHES MOST RECENT LETTER.
MMTLP MMAT TRCH NBH

From the Press Release:
"Next Bridge has, for a sixth time, requested to meet with senior officials of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") to discuss the unresolved dilemma of the MMTLP trading halt in 2022 and the subsequent imbalance it created in our shareholder ledger which remains to this day. We are extremely disappointed to share with our investors that for a sixth time, our invitation has been ignored."

From NBH's Letter to the SEC:
"For more than three and a half years, Next Bridge has done exactly what the Commission asked of us. We have respected the process and the institution. We have followed every applicable rule and regulation. We have responded to every SEC comment. We even amended and refiled two years of periodic reports, despite our profound disagreement with the basis for requiring those revisions. Our actions were all premised on the belief that cooperation was the path toward resolution.

Yet after years of compliance, extraordinary expense, and immeasurable harm to our shareholders, the central issues remain unresolved."

🚨Breaking news: 🦋

@Nasdaq just LOST its Motion to Quash.

Read that again s l o w l y . . .

The Bankruptcy Court in Nevada has now ordered Nasdaq to produce extensive $MMAT/TRCH trading data under Rule 2004, including RASH and CORE data, order attributes, cancellations, replaces, executions, and related transaction records covering nearly FOUR YEARS.

The Court was NOT persuaded by the ‘undue burden’ argument, noting that producing ~15GB of spreadsheet data is not exactly impossible for… Nasdaq. (One $10 usb stick)

Even more important, the Court explicitly recognized the Trustee’s AUTHORITY to investigate whether wrongdoing occurred on behalf of the estate, including potential claims tied to stock trading activity.

Translation:
This investigation is very much ALIVE.

For months, some people mocked and undermined the Trustee’s efforts, claimed discovery would never happen, and acted like every subpoena didn’t get served initially and that it would be crushed before daylight. Instead, the wall keeps cracking.

FINRA discovery.
Now Nasdaq discovery.
And the Court explicitly referenced separate pending motions involving Citadel, Virtu, and Anson.

Interesting times ahead.

Turns out Rule 2004 is not just a decorative suggestion.

To the Trustee and legal teams, incredible respect.

It takes courage to walk into rooms filled with institutions that have virtually unlimited resources and say:

‘Produce the data’

And to the echo chambers already warming up their spin machines tonight…

You may want to read the actual order first. 🤝

Blessings to all.

Is the SEC SERIOUSLY about to DELETE data relevant to a FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY COURT INVESTIGATION??? @Metamaterialtec

Welcome to The MMTLP Fiasco...YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS SH^T UP!!!...I suspect this is not going to end well for the SEC if they do. Afterall, The MMTLP Army is the one who TURNED-OVER Former Chairman Gensler's DELETED TEXT MESSAGES. #FOIA

Maybe the US BK Trustee should consider a PRESERVATION REQUEST followed-up with a SUBPOENA?

Considering the CAT data is supplied daily by national securities exchanges (NASDAQ), FINRA, and broker-dealers, maybe this will bolster Meta's Trustee's argument for complete and immediate discovery??? Restraining Order? Emergency Injunction???

🚨 URGENT🚨

The House Financial Services Committee is officially hauling @SECGov Chairman Paul Atkins (@SECPaulSAtkins) in for an oversight hearing on February 11th. They are calling it a "New Day" for accountability.
Let’s make sure that includes MMTLP.

For over three years, the MMTLP community has been gaslit, ignored, and left in the dark. With the House Financial Services Committee now holding oversight hearings we must ensure $MMTLP is at the top of their agenda.

Chairman Paul Atkins has promised "accountability and due process." It’s time to hold him to that.

The Committee just sent a letter to Atkins (Feb 5) regarding the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) and data privacy. They are already scrutinizing SEC data collection.
If they can talk about CAT privacy, they can talk about MMTLP transparency!

These are the members who have the floor. If you live in their districts, you are the most powerful voice in this fight.

Day 1153 of the #MMTLPFIASCO

[MAKE MARDÜK TALK LESS PLEASE 😎⚖️🔥 @MetaGuyMarduk]

Timeline:

12/23/23: MMTLP open letter is signed and sent to FINRA and the SEC (Deadline for response: 1/31/24). FINRA responded by the deadline; SEC responded 6 days late.

2/2/24: Dennis Kneale interviews Ralph Norman and asks about (MMTLP open letter response) subpoenas and hearings.

(On subpoenas)
Norman: "That has to come from a chair of a committee, James Comer is chair of oversight. He signed our letter."

(On hearings)
Norman: "Yes, and we're going to lead the way on that because at the HFSC, that's our job!"

7/10/24: No subpoenas, no hearing (even thought Norman says "We've had hearings on this." (In his interview with @DanNewsManBall) "It's in the SEC's hands." As if to hang his hat on the charges against the former CEOs which still to this day haven't be ruled on or dropped and it seemed as if Norman was wiping his hands clean of getting us answers.

5/26/25: 479 days since his interview with @DennisKneale, @CVPayne had Norman on his show again and asks for an update. More lip service from Congressman Norman. Still no hearings, still no subpoenas.

?/??/25: James Comer says on TV, "In order for a subpoena to be honored in a court ruling, you have to make every sincere effort to invite people to come, then you follow up with a subpoena."

COMER SIGNED THE LETTER! Why hasn't he taken the initiative here?

Still waiting... still tumbleweeds and crickets, even with evidence of collusion between regulators and industry members before, during and after the halt being completely made public. 👻

The word egregious doesn't even come close to describing how unconstitutional the lack of transparency and justice we have received so far has been.

We're sick of the run around!
FORENSIC AUDIT NOW!

[George Palikaras @palikaras]

Regulators aren’t rushing to put out the house fire either. Instead of inspecting the wiring or updating the building code, they appear to be out back, roasting marshmallows and eating popcorn, inviting Congressional staffers for coffee, and watching houses burn one after another.

They insist they wrote a rulebook where fires should NEVER happen.... and they probably think if one house burns, so what... there are plenty more houses left to label, classify, and now tokenize...

My view on the Tokenization policy as currently presented, is that it is being sold as "home insurance".

You are told you are protected. The paperwork looks official. The language sounds reassuring.

But the truth is, you only find out what the policy actually covers AFTER the house burns down.

[George Palikaras @palikaras]

Thank you @kimkep4796 ! Great summary, and I hope people take the time to read it.

I want to take this opportunity to share a few thoughts on the Trustee’s response and the broader connection to MMAT/MMTLP.

Imagine a house fire. 🔥

Some people are arguing about who left the stove on.
Others are arguing about whether the smoke alarm was defective.

Meanwhile, the fire department is still trying to get through the front door, and a few, VERY powerful neighbors are blocking the driveway, saying...“You don’t have proof there’s a fire”

That’s where we are right now. The new proceeding is not about declaring winners or losers, or assigning guilt, or rewriting history.

It’s about whether investigators are ALLOWED to look!

In bankruptcy law, Rule 2004 is the equivalent of opening the door, turning on the lights, and checking the wiring.

You don’t need to PROVE arson to inspect the electrical panel. You inspect first, then you decide what actually happened. And the institutions are fighting back, hard.

That is why this motion by the Trustee matters. Why this is a major battlefield, and you should care.

One of the most important questions in modern markets is quietly being tested here:

Can a bankruptcy Trustee investigate whether trading behavior in public markets materially impaired a company’s access to capital, or can dominant market participants SHUT that inquiry down before it even begins?

If discovery is blocked at the investigatory stage, the message is simple and dangerous:

-price formation can be distorted,
-access to capital can be impaired,
-companies can fail, and no one is even allowed to examine the plumbing...
-and accountability can be avoided by steering companies into liquidation rather than restructuring.

That precedent does not just affect one ticker or one group of shareholders. It affects every public company that ever needs to raise capital in stressed conditions.

Positive momentum is building across all battlefields. This is the moment to stop the in-fighting. PLEASE.

Just for now.

Disagreements about personalities, past decisions, theories, or tactics can wait. What cannot wait is the defense of the basic principle that facts matter, and that investigators must be allowed to gather them.

What is happening right now, FOIAs, subpoenas, expert analysis, reconstruction of records, is the unglamorous work that actually determines whether truth is recoverable at all.

I’ve written before about FOIAs, data preservation, audit trails, and regulatory opacity related to #MMTLP.

This is exactly why that work matters. Once records are sealed, time-barred, or procedurally blocked, no amount of arguing on social media will bring them back.

Unity here is not about taking sides or who is right or wrong but everyone has the right to ask questions.

This matter also raises a threshold governance issue for Congress: whether existing legal and regulatory frameworks permit independent fiduciaries like Trustees to investigate potential market-structure failures that may have impaired issuer financing, creditor and shareholder value, or whether procedural barriers can be used to prevent fact-finding altogether.

The outcome has implications beyond a single bankruptcy. It touches on transparency, capital formation, regulatory accountability, and public confidence in U.S. equity markets.

At this stage, the issue is not liability, in my humble opinion. It is access to information. Preventing investigation before discovery occurs undermines oversight, frustrates statutory duties, and risks normalizing opacity where transparency is required.

And if we want the truth to matter later, we have to protect the ability to look now, and I hope and pray the Judge will offer the chance to the Trustee to open the door and take a look. If the institutions have nothing to hide, they should cooperate.

To the MMAT/MMTLP community, I would like to see fewer internal battles and more collective support for the investigative work, as well as many more community-driven actions already underway.

Everything you do, no matter how small, past/present:
-A FOIA request filed,
-A document preserved,
-A fact shared accurately,
-A moment of restraint instead of infighting.
That’s the butterfly effect, and it’s how transparency actually gets built🦋

Small actions change big systems because they compound. 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋

Right now, a bankruptcy case is testing whether truth can even be examined before it’s buried.

This affects MMAT/MMTLP and far more than one ticker. 🧵👇

Sending you all positive vibes!
