Day 3 of #sparqsCRT21 is underway. The past 2 days have been very intense, full of activities. But excitement is still up. The end of day feedback showed that. 😊

#sparqsCRT21 is so meta. While course rep trainers are trained to train course reps, they have the chance to practice training. 😂
@sparqs_Megan and I witnessed engaging presentations in our tutor group.
But the training is not over. Day 3 awaits with more lessons to be learned.

Our afternoon is all about the training practice! In our tutor groups, participants are delivering a few minutes each of content from our training workshop. We will then share feedback on each other's delivery. #sparqsCRT21

Before engaging in conversation in tutor groups, @sparqs_Megan talked us through Equality and Diversity: benefits of a diverse institution, government policies, intersectionality, safeguarding and practical suggestions for delivering inclusive training sessions.

Day 1 finished. Day 2 awaits us to delve more into becoming a course rep trainer. I look forward to IATs short presentations. While some are experienced in presenting, others might do it for the first time. We'll be there for all to offer feedback and support.
