@Mark_Coughlan You mean the guy who was once the right hand man of Tommy Robinson and video guy for the likes of Alex Jones, might not be as honest as once assumed? Shocker!
Had a few queries about the cost of climbing Everest. It varies wildly from low cost operators at €30k to high end operators at €170k - but most people pay between €45k and €70k. Here is an estimate of basic costs via the companies used by 11 Irish climbers this Spring.
@timothy_stanley What a deeply disingenuous take, Tim. How about you feel appalled like most decent people do, but don't do what Musk and his lunatic crew are doing in whipping up hate so that people go out and throw bricks at each others. How about do that, or is that just not snappy enough?
@simonmontefiore Can you do a piece on how the Israeli state and Israeli public are taught (and indoctrinated) not to treat everyone the same. I'll wait...
Great photo from MacMonagle Photo Archives of the 1991 Irish Ama Dablam team led by Con Moriarty with Pat Falvey, Ciaran Corrigan, Tony Farrell, Mick Murphy, Mike O'Shea and B.C. Manager Tim Hickey. One of the team - Mick Murphy - reached the summit on 4th April 1991.
@Valen10Francois The vast vast majority of Irish people strongly support Ukraine. It wouldn’t take more than a few minutes of research to find that out.
Caolan is a the former right hand man for Tommy Robinson, so be careful what conclusions you draw from him.
@PostmanCarson That old line ‘Zionism is not land theft or colonialism’ sure does end up looking a lot like just land theft and settler colonialism to me…
@abrahamson_ed The IT broke this story, not that little buddy of Tommy Robinson who is now running around with his phone cosplaying as an extra in Homeland. I’m not sure you get to write about morals and principles though, given that you actively support a regime that massacred 18,000 children.
Incredible. It’s unbelievable that he survived. Now some very hard questions need to be asked and consequences brought to bear on those responsible for him being abandoned for so long.
@christianjbdev What he wants, and what a great many Irish people clearly also want, is a message to be sent loud and clear that decent Irish people stand with the Palestinians, stand against the massacring of 18,000 children and 30,000 women, & oppose a death cult ideology of theft & apartheid.
@MarkChangizi You mean Israel’s massacring of 18,000 children and 30,000 women in cold blood in Gaza? Is that your argument for the death cult of Zionism?
@Irishchutzpah More and more Irish people are sick and tired of innocent men, women and children being blown up and picked off like animals in Gaza and Lebanon by a war criminal Israeli state determined to steal their land and subjugate the local population. Do you not get the news in Canada?
@robggill Pathetic post. Might want to cop yourself on and start standing up against the massacring of women and children in Gaza and Lebanon. The vast majority of Pro Palestinian Irish are also pro Ukrainian Irish too.
@abrahamson_ed Ed, who cheerleads for a regime that massacred 18,000 children and 30,000 women in Gaza and who passed a law to execute Palestinian prisoners (the ones they haven't yet raped to death), is calling the left 'nutjobs'. The lack of self awareness is staggering, but not surprising.
@NornIrishFarmer@JamesD74431175@RachelMoiselle The use of white phosphorus on civilian populations. The cheek of them!
People like James bot D74431174 would like a blind eye turned to the atrocities carried out by Israel. If we lived in the 1940s he’d accuse us of being obsessed with Germans.
