We are very proud of our Secretary Kim, who defended her dissertation today! She gave a very interesting talk on the (culinary) life of female immigrants arriving to Sydney, Australia in the 1800s (many of whom were from Ireland)! Maith Thú!

On Saturday we formally launched the first new exhibition since the pandemic began: “Out in the World: Ireland’s LGBTQ Diaspora.” The show was created in June 2021 through a partnership between EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum and the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs.
