@CaesarsSports Days and days waiting for email reply, 3 days waiting for Twitter DM reply, and now nearly two weeks since completing necessary promo requirements and not receiving…. Insane lack of customer service

[Tom Smith @IrishTomS]

@CaesarsSports I see people get help replying to your tweets - been waiting for a reply through various means of communication and nothing….

[Tom Smith @IrishTomS]

@CaesarsSports And STILL waiting for reply to status of NBA Shop promo via email and DM. Your competitors turn replies around in a few hours, 24 hours TOPS….

[Tom Smith @IrishTomS]

Props to @CaesarsSports for voiding the LaMelo bets but still waiting on email and Twitter DM replies on the NBA Shop Gift Card promo. @DKSportsbook and @FDSportsbook clearly heads and tales above. They also don’t frequently crash….

@DIRECTV has messed up my account and taken no responsibility an inordinate amount of times. Horrible horrible experiences with them. No one is ever able to help. It’s baffling and extremely frustrating
