@linda16675729 @Nutmegbunny9 I know the feeling. Fad diets tend to cause a yo-yo effect. I really think just slowly making changes until you get to where you want to be is the way to go. When thinking about a diet, ask can i do this for the rest of my life?

@linda16675729 @Nutmegbunny9 You can increase your intake to the point you stop losing weight,and maintain but all diets are still all about calories in and calories out. If you get in a surplus, the weight will come back. The best diet is one that you can do from now on. I would start making small changes
