My parents met in Saudi. They were forced to live on a foreigner compound. My mother had to cover herself in an abaya to go outside. There were public executions on Fridays. Women were not allowed to be outside with a man other than their father/husband etc. It makes me sick how some people like to try on female oppression. So many women can't just take it off after posing for a photo.
