One of the most common biomechanical flaws is starting the upper body throwing process before footstrike. This happens a lot from the poor instruction of “pull down”, or “yank your glove”. Do yourself a favor… video one of your pitches, then video one swinging a bat, you will see what your capacity really is for delayed shoulders.

The issue is Soldiers bypass the chain of command and bitch and complain on social media when something doesn’t go their way. The NCO Support Channel exists for a reason
