Evening Builders & Creators.

What they don't tell you about running a half marathon:

- You lose your evenings/ mornings. It’s a constant battle between social & work guilt when logging out to run.

- It's 90% mental. You spend hours negotiating with your own brain to keep moving when your legs are giving out.

- Progress isn't linear. Some days an easy 5km feels harder than a 10.

- A stressful day or heavy life moment will weigh down your legs on the pavement.

The finish line photo is easy. The consistency is the real achievement.

But it's worth it. I smashed 11 mins off my predicted time and have booked on to 2 more half marathons and a 10km! 💪
