They might hate me but I totally agree. Nolan just wanted to make a beautiful visual but meaningless. The myth itself is shown as bland as possible, even "Troy", which I also don't particularly like, is memorable and looks much more interesting. HOW??

The people who watched this film all the way to the end did so out of spite and stubbornness, just to prove something to someone.
@ATemperance It seems to me that Nolan just wanted to make another visual movie where the story is not necessary...But wouldn't it have been easier then to hire less popular actors? It would have brought the film to life.
I felt this I was watching a beautiful candy wrapper without candy.
@WackoJackosflix Dillon is incredibly versatile. What is he like in the "Rumble Fish" and in here. I would never have believed that they were the same person
