Started chemo last week. It'll be either 3 or 5 day runs at the beginning of each month. Periodic scans & blood work. Hopefully the chemo does it & she can avoid radiation & surgery.

Good: Daughter finally coming home.

Bad: Biopsy showed the Wilms tumor is back in the lung. Another surgery to put the chemo port back in, & 8 more weeks of chemo, then radiation. Depending on the results, ANOTHER surgery to remove the affected area.

Home resting. Surgery went well. Relatively pain free. Couple of weeks & chemo again.

@hatchjenn They noticed a spot on her lung when they found the tumor. Scan in October showed it was gone, but 2 new ones. Scan in January showed one of the new ones had grown, so they cut off that section.
