@sharkbaitwest@supplychainldr PegLegDan what industry information do you have that demonstrates roofing contractors are moving their orders because of the Top Build acquisition? Only so much of finding deals with local suppliers. They will be acquired too or close due to lack of capital. Then what?
@DGretta_Author He is smart to be consolidating during the down market. Do you even know what he's doing? Based on your comment you don't understand what is going on here.
$QXO with 15% Short Interest this is too easy. What do you think is going to happen. Buy and hold your shares. Make the shorts pay you for your shares. This is Brad Jacobs who has a history of squeezing the shorts.

"We’re not just buying companies; we’re buying the industry. By the time this TopBuild deal closes, we will have the scale to out-buy, out-tech, & out-compete anyone. The softness in the sector isn't a headwind, it’s a discount on our way to $50 billion."

@Cmoney365247 The restaurant you showed is closed. There's nobody behind the counter. Are you really that stupid? People following your advice should really rethink their life decisions.
I travel & everywhere there's a Cava I check to see how busy they are. There always busy & people love it.
@StockMarketMcro Just want to clarify so I can understand your methodology. If you see the Crystal Ball from bottom of chart that is Bullish according to your data?
@WallStreetApes Looks fake and scripted. We can't hear what the other party is even saying. Is this another Ackman video like the Dr with a go fund me account?
@brent_e_trader Most all class action law suits based on share price falling on news are the same.
Its just the attorneys wanting to file a suit so they can charge fees against the most likely result of a settlement. All they need is the name of a shareholder to be the Lead Plaintiff.
$UNH looks like the investors class action lawsuit against United Health has been dismissed. Anyone have any other detail?

@brent_e_trader@gofallingknife@SayNoToTrading Its how business has been conducted for a long time. UNH even told regulators what they were doing and asked for clarification. Regulators didn't care and no legislation has been passed to change anything. Now some congress members desperate for attention are trying claim fraud.
@brent_e_trader@gofallingknife@SayNoToTrading Do you know what happened to the hearing that was supposed to take place on July 3rd? The court record doesn't really offer any detail about the hearing being cancelled but, it didn't take place as per the continuance schedule.
@brent_e_trader@gofallingknife@SayNoToTrading I agree, however they don't usually end this quickly either way. Just wondered if there was any other news behind the news.
Class action law suits are always just a way for attorneys to make money. The cases will often end in settlement and shareholders get very little.
