I’m sharing this as a real customer experience with a Samsung authorized service center in Mexico. What happened deserves to be public. 👇

This means I was almost charged 15x more for unnecessary repairs.
This is not acceptable and should concern any customer.

No electronics repair.
No parts changed.
Just basic maintenance.

The real problem was simply a clogged drain.
Total cost of the repair: $350 MXN.

I decided to get a second opinion.
A different technician came, checked the machine, and fixed the issue almost immediately.

I was charged $650 MXN just for an inspection.
After that, the service center quoted $5,200 MXN to repair my washing machine.
No repair was done. Just the quote.
